Terms and Conditions for Dream Root™

Welcome to Dream Root™. The following terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Dream Root LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Dream Root™," "we," or "the Company").

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services—including but not limited to 1:1 Dream Decode sessions, Breathwork, Coaching using modalities like Human Design, and the Dream Root Blueprint™ AI Dream Report ("Services")—you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope and Nature of Services

Dream Root LLC provides services and digital products intended for educational and self-exploration purposes only. Our services are designed to facilitate self-inquiry and personal development through various modalities.

  • Not a Licensed Service: Anna is not a licensed therapist, counselor, medical professional, or financial advisor. Our Services are not, and should not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, psychiatric diagnosis, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Your use of our Services does not establish a therapeutic or professional-client relationship of any kind.
  • Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. You understand that coaching is not a substitute for professional care and it is your responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.
  • In Case of Crisis: Our Services are not equipped to handle a mental health crisis. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a crisis hotline (such as 988 in the U.S. and Canada) or seek immediate help from a qualified professional..

2. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that services involving dream work, breathwork, coaching, and self-exploration can be emotionally, mentally, and physically intensive.

  • Emotional & Psychological Risk: You acknowledge that this work may bring up uncomfortable or challenging feelings, memories, or insights. You affirm that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for managing your own emotional and mental well-being during and after your participation.
  • Physical Risk (Breathwork & Embodiment): You acknowledge that breathwork and any suggested physical practices may involve intense physical sensations and are not suitable for all individuals. You represent that you are in good health and have consulted with a physician if you have any pre-existing health conditions (including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, or a history of seizures). You agree to listen to your body and cease participation if you experience pain or severe discomfort.
  • Voluntary Assumption of Risk: By voluntarily participating in any of our Services, you knowingly and freely assume all foreseeable and unforeseeable risks, whether known or unknown, associated with this work. You agree to seek professional help if needed.

3. Waiver of Liability and Release of Claims

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Services, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby agree to the following:

(a) Release of Claims: You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Dream Root™ and its owner, Anna, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action, both in law and in equity, which may arise out of your participation in the Services. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims of negligence, personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or any other loss. You agree that you will not sue Dream Root™ or Anna on the basis of any claim released in this agreement.

(b) Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Dream Root™ and its owner, Anna, from any and all liability and claims for any damage, loss, expense, or injury to any third party resulting from your participation in or use of the Services.

4. AI-Generated Content & Third Party Processing (The Dream Root Blueprint™)

  • 4.1 Nature of the Tool Our Dream Root Blueprint™ utilizes artificial intelligence to offer automated dream analysis. You acknowledge that this is a tool for self-inquiry and entertainment. The interpretations are algorithmic suggestions, not psychological certainties. The output is not reviewed by a human before delivery.
  • 4.2 Data Transmission and Security To generate your blueprint, your data is securely transmitted using industry-standard encryption through a chain of third-party providers, specifically Kajabi (intake), MindStudio (AI processing), Zapier (automation), and PDF.co (document generation). While we utilize reputable providers with strong security measures, Dream Root™ LLC cannot guarantee the absolute security of data as it passes through third-party servers. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting sensitive personal data (dream content) via the internet for automated processing.
  • 4.3 Third-Party Governance You acknowledge that Dream Root™ does not own the servers where your data is processed. Your use of this service is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of these third-party providers. You agree to hold Dream Root™ harmless from any issues arising from the data handling practices of these third parties.

5. Changes to Services and Pricing

Dream Root™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of its Services at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to provide advance notice of any significant changes that may affect you.

  • Discontinuation of Prepaid Services: In the event we discontinue a Service for which you have prepaid (such as the Dream Root Bluprint™ AI subscription), our liability will be limited to either fulfilling the Service until the end of your current paid term or providing a prorated refund for the unused portion of the Service, at our sole discretion.
  • Modification of Services: Changes to the format, content, or pricing of Services (such as 1:1 sessions) will not affect any services already purchased at a prior rate. All future purchases will be subject to the new terms and pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

You agree that Dream Root™ shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of its Services.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

  • 1:1 Sessions: To receive a full refund, you must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
  • AI Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Confidentiality

  • 7.1 Scope of Confidentiality We respect the privacy of your inner world. We agree to keep confidential all information you share with us, including:
    • Personal details shared during 1:1 Dream Decode sessions, Breathwork, or Coaching.
    • Written dream content and context submitted via our "Dream Root Blueprint" checkout forms.
  • 7.2 Limitations on Disclosure We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your consent, except:
    • To Trusted Processors: As necessary to generate your AI Dream Report via our secure technology stack (MindStudio, Zapier, PDF.co) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
    • Legal Requirements: In cases where we are legally required to report, such as threats of harm to self or others, suspected child abuse, or pursuant to a valid court order.
  • 7.3 No Public Sharing Dream Root LLC will never publish, share, or use your specific dream content for public marketing or case studies without your explicit, written permission.

8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and the Dream Root Framework™, is the exclusive property of Dream Root™ and protected by copyright law. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. No Professional Insurance Provided
You acknowledge that Dream Root™ does not provide you with any disability, accident, liability, or medical insurance or compensation should you become injured, or cause personal injury or property damage to any third party, while participating in the Services. It is your own responsibility to secure any insurance coverage you may require.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of this agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein. 11. General Provisions

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dream Root™ and supersede all prior communications.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
