Dreams have been speaking to me for as long as I can remember. As a child, I had vivid and recurring dreams that felt like more than just stories — they felt like messages.

At 19, I discovered the School of Metaphysics, where I formally studied dream interpretation and consciousness. This was a profoundly transformative time in my life. Through this work, I was able to heal deep anxiety and depression and step into a more grounded sense of self. For nearly five years, I was both a devoted student and teacher, learning how to harness the mind and understand the Self.

Eventually, life called me in new directions — through engineering school, motherhood, and a wide range of experiences that shaped me into who I am today. But through it all, one thing remained constant: my dreams. They have always been my guidepost, helping me make sense of confusion, find clarity in uncertainty, and return to myself when I felt lost.

Dreams have taught me that even when life feels messy or overwhelming, we already hold the answers we’re searching for. Every night, our dreams reflect back who we are, what we need, and the alignment our soul is craving.

Now, I’m here to share this work with you. Because I know what it feels like to doubt yourself, to question your direction, to wonder if you can trust your inner voice. And I also know the freedom that comes from listening — from letting your dreams reveal the truth of who you are.
