When you subscribe to our mailing list or purchase a product via Kajabi: We collect your name and email address for marketing and communication purposes.

When you book a 1:1 session via Calendly: We collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form, which may include sensitive personal data related to your dream and its context.

When you purchase the Dream Root Blueprint via Kajabi: We collect your name, email address, and payment information. We also collect the specific dream content and personal context you provide in the checkout form fields. This sensitive information is required to generate your personalized blueprint.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

What We Use Cookies For: Our platform provider, Kajabi, uses cookies to help the website function correctly, to understand how visitors interact with our site, to provide a better user experience, and for marketing analytics.

Your Choices: You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

3. How We Use and Process Your Information

We use your personal information to provide and improve our Services. Specifically, we process your data to:

  • Deliver promotional emails, newsletters, and updates about our services.
  • Schedule and facilitate your 1:1 coaching sessions.
  • Provide you with your personalized Dream Root Blueprint™ AI Dream Report.

To provide our Services, we rely on trusted third-party platforms. We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared with these providers only as necessary to perform their functions:

  • Kajabi: Our website and checkout platform. Your personal profile, purchase history, and the dream data submitted at checkout are stored securely in our Kajabi database.
  • MindStudio: Our AI analysis engine. The dream content and context are transmitted to MindStudio to generate the interpretation.
  • Zapier: We use Zapier as an automation bridge to move data between our platforms (e.g., triggering the blueprint generation). Zapier processes the data momentarily to facilitate the transfer.
  • PDF.co: We use this service to generate the final PDF document.
    • Note: We have configured PDF.co to strip Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from its logs, ensuring your generated PDF is processed securely.

Your use of our Services is also subject to the privacy policies of these third-party providers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to provide you with our Services and for legitimate business purposes.

  • Customer Database (Kajabi): Your profile and purchase data are retained as long as you maintain an account with us or until you request deletion.
  • Automation Logs (Zapier): Transmission logs containing dream data are automatically retained for 60 days for troubleshooting and verification purposes, after which they are permanently purged.
  • AI Processing History (MindStudio): The dream content and context you submit are processed via MindStudio. Please Note: These inputs are retained indefinitely within the AI agent’s logs associated with your user profile. Currently, these logs are not anonymized and cannot be individually deleted without terminating the agent service. By using this tool, you consent to this retention.
  • Generated Reports (PDF.co): To maximize security, the download link for your Dream Root Blueprint is ephemeral and expires 60 seconds after generation. We do not retain copies of the final generated PDF on our servers; it is sent directly to your email.

6. Data Security. & Access Control

6.1 Security Measures: We are committed to protecting your data. We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) when transmitting your sensitive dream data between our processors (Kajabi, Zapier, MindStudio, and PDF.co). However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6.2 Strict Internal Access Policy: We treat your dream data as highly sensitive. Access to your personal information and dream content within Dream Root LLC is strictly limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need. We do not grant access to this data to other community members, advertisers, or third parties not explicitly listed in this policy.

  • Human Access: Direct human access to your dream logs is restricted to the business owner or authorized technical staff solely for the purposes of troubleshooting your order, maintaining the AI agent, or improving service quality.
  • Automated Processing: While our third-party partners process your data, this is primarily done via automated API transmissions. We do not authorize these providers to access your data for their own independent marketing purposes.

6.3 Third-Party Governance: To provide our Services, we rely on trusted third-party platforms. You acknowledge that your data is processed subject to the security standards and privacy policies of these providers.
